QUẢNG NGÃI — S Korea's Doosan Heavy Industries Việt Nam (Doosan Vina) has shipped a cargo of steel – the third delivery of its kind since February this year – for the installation of a conveyor system at Onahama Port in Fukushima, Japan.

Doosan Vina said the steel conveyor system was manufactured at the Quảng Ngãi-based Dung Quất Economic Zone under a contract signed with Ishikawajima-Harima Heavy Industries (IHI), a Japanese transport machinery company.

The first shipment was sent in February containing more than 1,800 tonnes of equipment.

According to Doosan Vina, despite COVID-19 and the stormy season, Doosan Vina had exported 5,600 tonnes of industrial equipment worldwide so far this year.
