HÀ NỘI — The Việt Nam Motor Show 2020, which was set to be held from October 28 to November 1 this year, has been cancelled due to the complex developments of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The event was expected to attract 180,000 to 200,000 visitors, following the success of the two previous years.

The Việt Nam Automobile Manufacturers' Association (VAMA) and Việt Nam Car Importers Association (VIVA) announced the cancellation on Tuesday.

The Việt Nam Motor Show 2021 is expected to take place in October next year at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre (SECC) in HCM City. — VNS
