HUẾ — A real estate project worth VNĐ1.19 trillion (US$47 million) broken ground in Huế on March 29 in Thuận Hoá Ward to boost housing supply and support urban development in the central city.
Developed by Văn Phú Real Estate Development and Union Success Vietnam, the Vlasta Premier – Phú Hội project will be built on a 17,213 sq.m site and provide about 482 commercial apartments and 55 townhouses.
It is designed to accommodate around 1,800 residents.
Deputy Chairman of the Huế People’s Committee Phan Quý Phương said the development would create an architectural highlight and help improve living standards, while contributing to local economic growth.
He urged the developers and contractors to mobilise sufficient resources to ensure timely completion, pledging continued administrative support and coordination to facilitate implementation. — VNS
