HÀ NỘI — Sustainable development today is no longer measured solely by business performance, but also by the quality of human resources – a central pillar in the Government’s new economic strategy.
Reflecting its commitment to long-term talent development, Saigon Beer – Alcohol – Beverage Corporation (SABECO) has made a significant leap in the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Việt Nam 2025, underscoring the company’s consistent focus on people and an inclusive workplace culture.
The annual ranking, conducted by Anphabe - a pioneer in employer branding and happy workplace consulting - and supported by the Việt Nam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), is recognised as one of the most credible indicators of workplace quality in the country.
The 2025 results were based on an extensive survey of more than 73,000 experienced employees and a rigorous evaluation of nearly 700 leading enterprises. The ranking is widely regarded as an independent and objective reflection of corporate culture, employee satisfaction and the overall appeal of employer brands.
SABECO strengthens its position in the 2025 ranking
This year marks the third consecutive time SABECO has been honoured, with its strongest performance yet. The company climbed to 34th place overall, up six notches from 2024. In the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) – Large Enterprise category, SABECO also rose to 14th place, an improvement of one rank compared to last year.
These results highlight SABECO’s sustained efforts to enhance employee experience and strengthen workforce engagement. The company has actively fostered a working environment built on safety, mutual respect and a sense of belonging – key elements that inspire pride and commitment across its workforce.
SABECO regularly organises internal training programs to help employees develop new competencies, while also creating structured opportunities for career advancement. Cultural and team-building activities – such as the “Legacy on the Move” journey and “Heritage Night” – further reinforce unity and nurture pride in the company’s 150-year legacy.

Beyond professional development, the company places strong emphasis on employee wellbeing, ensuring comprehensive welfare policies and meaningful support for staff across its entire system.

Supporting national priorities on human capital development
Việt Nam’s recent policies – including resolutions on developing a flexible, sustainable and internationally integrated labour market – have outlined clear expectations for businesses: not only to create jobs but also to provide quality working conditions, ensure social security and enable employees to advance through skills development.
SABECO’s continuous presence in the Top 100 Best Places to Work demonstrates the company’s alignment with these national priorities. Its investment in training, engagement and workplace standards contributes to improved labour productivity and supports the Government’s broader goals of strengthening human capital for long-term economic growth. — VNS
