HCM CITY — The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment’s Department of Animal Health and Production gave away the 2025 Vietstock Awards at a ceremony in HCM City on Wednesday.

There were commemorative medals for 13 Vietstock Champions in recognition of their outstanding contributions to the growth of the livestock industry.

Speaking at the awards ceremony, Phạm Kim Đăng, deputy director of the department, said over the past 20 years the Vietstock Awards have affirmed their prestigious position, recognising pioneering enterprises and organisations that have contributed to the livestock industry.

The awards both acknowledge exceptional achievements and promote excellence, innovation and sustainable growth in the industry, he said.

They are given in four categories: Leadership, Excellence, Growth, and Community Contribution.

In the Leadership category, the winners were Emivest Feedmill Vietnam Company Limited and TH Milk Food JSC.

The Excellence awards went to BAF Vietnam Agriculture JSC, Dabaco Group, R.E.P Biological Technology JSC, Ba Huân Corporation, and Cargill Vietnam Company Limited.

Gia Linh Service and Production Company Limited, Hùng Nhơn Group, Provimi Vietnam, and Uni-President Vietnam Company Limited won in the Growth category.

The Animal Husbandry Association of Vietnam and Vigova Poultry Research and Development Center won the awards for Community Contribution. —VNS
