HCM CITY — More than 40 developers, projects, real estate agencies, and consultancies from around the country were honoured at the 2021 Dot Property Vietnam Awards held virtually on Friday November 12.

The fifth edition of the awards championed sustainable growth in real estate, a trend that has emerged across the property market. Developers and projects have focused on this as they overcome key issues such as improving safety and wellbeing, providing sustainable, green spaces, and positively affecting local economies and society. 

As VINHOMES JSC worked towards these goals during the past 12 months, the jury decided and rewarded its efforts with the award for 2021 Developer of The Year Vietnam.

The firm’s ability to craft the ideal living experience under the ‘new normal’ was one of the many reasons for the award, the organisers said.

Sunshine Homes, a member of Sunshine Group, won a total of six honours including for Best Sustainable Property Developer and Best Financial Hub Iconic Design for KSFinance Hanoi.

The most coveted honour, the Vietnam People’s Choice Award for Project of the Year, went to Diamond Crown Hai Phong by Doji Land and Hai Phong Invest. It received more than 6,000 votes.

They are a bright spot for the entire industry and a model of the spirit of overcoming difficulties in what has been a tumultuous year.” — VNS
