Sun World and LYNKID join hands to increase convenience for travellers

On December 6, 2023, the market witnessed a significant collaboration between Sun World, a leading entertainment brand in Vietnam under the Sun Group, and LYNKID, a pioneering multi-platform customer engagement ecosystem in Vietnam.

As part of this collaboration, LYNKID will work with Sun World to implement E-ticket distribution solutions on the LYNKID platform and various linked applications, reaching a customer base of 20 million tech-savvy individuals between the ages of 20 and 40. This will provide diverse, seamless shopping experiences and simplify transactions with just one touch.

Within the framework of the signing ceremony, Sun World and LYNKID also organised a discussion on the topic “Application of technology to optimise customer experience in tourism” with the participation of the leadership of both partners, Ms. Tran To Uyen - Deputy General Director of LYNKID and Ms. Tran Nguyen - Deputy General Director of Sun World.

The representatives discussed the application of Fintech in the tourism industry, with new forms of shopping such as “Save Now, Buy Later”, integrating “Product Bundling” with different applications, and rewarding loyal customers based on O2O (Online to Offline) experiences. By bringing breakthroughs in the shopping and payment experience for customers while traveling, Sun World expects to contribute to the strong growth of the tourism industry in Vietnam in the future.
