Clean Energy Vision Development JSC, a subsidiary of Bamboo Capital Group, on May 29 broke ground for the Phù Mỹ solar power plant in Bình Định Province’s Phù Mỹ District.
Many hydropower plant reservoirs in the central region are facing water shortages, impacting electricity generation and water reserves for the ongoing dry season from February until July.
Phúc said the EVN must find solutions to deal with water shortages for hydropower reservoirs, especially during peak dry season.
