Over the past two years, the pandemic has brought significant challenges for the Vietnamese economy. They are likely to continue this year. Nevertheless, a more targeted and focused economic recovery programme will present more opportunities for growth.

ASEAN+3 economic prospects positive in 2022

Economic prospects for ASEAN+3 (Association of Southeast Asian Nations plus China, Japan and Korea) look promising in 2022, despite challenges from the COVID-19 pandemic and the global economy, according to a report published yesterday by the ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office (AMRO).
