The COVID-19 pandemic has left street vendors high and dry. One group in Hanoi runs a programme to help improve the lives of vendors. They hope Hanoi will be a city worth living for everyone whether it’s the migrant workers, vendors, or those born and bred here.
Thủ Đức City and the HCM City Department of Science and Technology have signed an agreement to develop Thủ Đức into an innovative urban area and smart city by 2025.
