 Police yesterday arrested Director of Cần Thơ City-based Thiên Mã Seafood Import-Export Company Phan Bá Tòng for alleged economic violations that caused losses worth about US$31.4 million.

A major fire which broke out yesterday in a shoe production workshop in HCM City’s Tân Bình industrial zone, has destroyed a 3,000-sq.m workshop in the area, the fire fighting department said.
