15 new COVID-19 cases reported on Friday evening

Fifteen new COVID-19 cases reported on Friday evening including two local cases in Hải Dương Province and 13 imported cases, two of them experts from the Philippines and Hongkong (China). Thirty-eight more have been declared to have recovered.
