HÀ NỘI — The Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs has revoked the licenses of two labour export companies for failing to meet labour export requirements.
The two firms were Nhật Minh International Company and General Import Export No2 Joint Stock Company.
General Import Export No2 Joint Stock Company failed to meet legal requirements on capital and did not have the capacity to train workers before going to work abroad.
Nhật Minh International Company was found with the same violations. It also failed to comply with regulations on sending workers abroad.
The two companies were required to fulfil their responsibilities in the labour supply contracts and contracts for sending labourers to work.
