Two people were killed and four others, including two children, were hospitalised yesterday afternoon after they were struck by lightning in northern Quảng Ninh Province’s Quảng Yên Commune.

A fire, which broke out at an electrical appliance store in HCM City’s Lũy Bán Bích Road at 4am this morning, killed four people inside.
