HÀ NỘI –– The Hà Nội Department of Justice (HDJ) on Monday worked with Viettel Post to begin using online and express services to register and return judicial records.
The programme aims to strengthen administrative procedure reforms, helping save people’s time on travel and reduce pressure for authorities.
“Originating from the real demand of organisations and individuals, the programme creates one more choice for those who want to provide judicial records,” said Tạ Mai Vũ, HDJ’s chief of the secretariat.
People can register judicial records at the website https://lltptructuyen.moj.gov.
Nguyễn Đắc Luân, vice-general director of Viettel Post Joint Stock Corporation, said it took people from five to 10 minutes to finish their file online, which was more convenient for those who live far from the city centre.
“I find the online services convenient, and the prices are reasonable,” said Thiếu Việt Linh, one of the first customers to use the service.
More than 700 Viettel post offices nationwide are equipped with software to assist with the programme.
In addition, users can see documents that are being delivered at www.viettelpost.com.vn. – VNS
