The Governments of Việt Nam and Laos should help foster bilateral ties, especially in the context of complex regional and global developments.

A number of bilateral agreements in economic, scientific, and technological co-operation have been signed as Việt Nam and Cuba wrapped up the 34^th session of  the Việt Nam – Cuba Intergovernmental Committee in the Caribbean country on Wednesday (Cuban time).
