VN, US boost cooperation in overcoming war consequences

Deputy Minister of National Defence Sen. Lt. Gen. Hoàng Xuân Chiến and visiting US Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman agreed that cooperation between the two countries in overcoming war consequences have gained encouraging results and served as a foundation for the bilaral relations.
