The amendment will take effect from January 1 next year.

This is the first official trip by a high-ranking Vietnamese official since the two nation set up their comprehensive strategic partnership in 2022, while 2024 is the third consecutive year that high-level visits are arranged between the two countries which illustrate their close relationship.

At the meeting, the Vietnamese Government leader had open, sincere, and profound discussions with partners and enterprises, showing Việt Nam's reform spirit and strong determination to change the growth model and create an optimal environment for investors.
