HÀ NỘI — Naly Sisoulith, the spouse of General Secretary of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party (LPRP) Central Committee and President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith now on a state to Việt Nam, visited Ngô Thị Mận, the widow of Nguyễn Phú Trọng, and offered incense to the late General Secretary of the Communist Party of Việt Nam Central Committee at his residence in on Tuesday.
