HÀ NỘI — Vietnamese Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính along with ASEAN and Chinese leaders will attend a special summit commemorating the 30th anniversary of ASEAN-China relations on November 22 via videoconference, according to the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
This is an opportunity for leaders of both sides to assess the ASEAN-China co-operation over the past 30 years and set out important directions in the new era, particularly as ASEAN and China established a comprehensive strategic partnership at the 24th ASEAN-China Summit in October 2021, said MOFA spokesperson Lê Thị Thu Hằng. — VNS
