Music festival to raise funds for needy children

The HCWA Fundraiser Music Festival will be held at Saigon Outcast and Soma on December 12 to raise funds for the city's oldest charity organisations for children.

The event will feature local DJs from Banana Hustle, Saigon Dub Station and Funk Sessions, together with bands Hem Hem, Vibe Mechanics, Green Means Go, Cat Pylon, and Abby Chambers and Friends Acoustic.

There will be funny acts from JK Hobson Comedy, chilling show from Haus of Gore group, and a fire performance from Saigon Circus Skills.

Dozens of stalls and games will include clothes and handmade cards, a 3D Interactive winter garden, circus skills corner, and bubble station.

All money from the festival will go to the Little Rose Shelter, the Green Bamboo Centre, the Cầu Hàn Project, and the HCM City Child Welfare Association to help poor and abused children in difficult situations.

The festival will take place from 11am-9pm at Saigon Outcast, 188/1 Nguyễn Văn Hưởng Street in District 2, and continue at Soma, 6 Lê Văn Miến Street in District 2 till late.

Entrance fee at each venue is VNĐ100,000. — VNS
