The annual “Feel Japan in Vietnam” festival will open at Gem Center on July 15 and 16.

The annual “Feel Japan in Viet Nam” festival will open at Gem Center on July 15 and 16.

The featured performance will be Mugen, a Japanese three-member band that plays traditional Japanese Wadaiko drums.

The event will also feature famous singers Lam Trường and Đông Nhi.

Participants will have a chance to take photos with the Japanese cultural symbol Doraemon, and enjoy performances by geishas and ninjas.

There will be a fair with 50 stalls selling products from Japan’s leading brands.

The festival will open at 8am at 8 Nguyễn Bỉnh Khiêm Street in District 1. Entrance fee is VNĐ70,000. — VNS
