HỘI AN — Yaly Couture brand owner Trịnh Diễm Quỳnh and the South African designer Casper Bosman will present a fashion show, the Oriental Garden Collection, in the ancient town of Hội An on Saturday.

This fashion extravaganza is the result of a successful collaboration between Quỳnh, who is a Hội An native and started Yaly in 1995. She has a natural flair for design and is determined to promote the craft and heritage of traditional Việt Nam as well as the modern tailoring and skills on offer to the international market.

Bosman’s career started in 2007 in South Africa. He has made a strong impression on the South African and international fashion industry. His style is described as understated luxury with an immaculate attention to detail.

This collaboration showcases the unique and rich merging of two unique cultures. Every piece shows the collective experience and craft of these two exceptional creatives. This show in the Oriental Garden has evolved beautifully and has led them on a journey of unique discovery.

The show will start from 7pm at An Hội Sculpture Park, Nguyễn Phúc Chu Street on the Hoài riverbank.

Quỳnh had held several fashion shows in Hội An with European designers, introducing fusions of Western and Asian styles and reflecting the latest trends and traditional craftsmanship from Hội An.

Yaly Couture was recognised as a Certificate of Excellence 2014 winner by TripAdvisor. VNS
