After a decision by Hà Nội People’s Committee, the festival has been designated the ‘Official Cultural Event’ for the capital city.

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between France and Việt Nam (May 19), the French Consulate in HCM City, the Agency of Business France, the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Vietnam (CCIFV) and Taste France co-hosted a baguette-making contest on May 19.

HCM City will host the 2023 Việt Nam – ASEAN Culture and Food Festival at Hoa Lư Stadium from May 25-28.

The vermicelli is made from sweet and purple galangal grown in the forests of Thái Nguyên and is produced under strict, quality processes, ensuring food safety and hygiene.
