Sabeco sells 53.6 per cent stake for $4.89 billion

The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT) on Monday sold all of its 343.6 million shares or a 53.6 per cent stake of the Saigon Beer, Alcohol and Beverage Corporation (Sabeco), receiving an estimated VNĐ110 trillion (US$4.89 billion).
