HÀ NỘI — Vietjet has co-operated with Việt Nam Payment Solution Joint Stock Company (VNPAY) – the biggest QR code payment firm in Việt
With the deal, Vietjet’s passengers can make payments for tickets using the online ticket booking service at https://www.vietjetair.com.
After successfully booking their tickets, customers will be able to use the QR code to pay without entering card and bank account information. The payment takes only few seconds.
Payment via QR code has become a new trend, which has been widely applied by banks and big companies to offer a quick, easy and safe payment option to customers.
The biggest advantage of QR Pay was that the payment would be implemented without cash or bank cards. Customers could buy Vietjet tickets anywhere and any time using their mobile phones. Customers could avoid the risk of leaking information as they don’t need to provide their bank account information.
The QR Pay system will help customers save time while ensuring safety.
“With the development of new flights and the number of aircraft, Vietjet has developed additional payment methods that are more technological and convenient to meet the rapidly changing demands of modern customers,” said Nguyễn Bác Toán, the airline’s deputy director of Commercial Department.
