HÀ NỘI — The Vietnamese Goods Fair kicked off in Hà Nội on September 22, featuring 300 stalls by 200 firms from Hà Nội and provinces of Bắc Kạn, Tuyên Quang, Quảng Trị, Hưng Yên and Bắc Giang.
On display are industrial products such as electronics, electrical devices, household appliances, computers, interior décor, food, beverages, apparel, footwear and other consumer products.
Popular products voted by consumers are also being showcased.
Processing and export firms, supermarkets and shopping centres are also invited to a space introducing local farm produce to help networking and expand markets.
As part of the campaign “Vietnamese people prioritise Vietnamese goods”, the Hà Nội Steering Committee assigned the municipal Department of Industry and Trade, the Party Committee of the Businesses’ Bloc, Hà Nội Radio Television and the Association of Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises to hold a vote on consumers’ favourite Vietnamese goods from September to November 2018.
