HCM CITY — Six banks, including Agribank, Vietcombank, two branches of Vietinbank, BIDV and Sacombank, committed to provide more than VNĐ1.5 trillion (US$68 million) in preferential loans to enterprises in HCM City’s Thủ Đức District.
This commitment was made at a Thursday meeting between the Thủ Đức District People’s Committee and representatives of the six banks. The beneficiaries are 52 enterprises and two business households in the district.
At the event, members of the People’s Committee of Thủ Đức District and bank officials also discussed ways to further connect businesses with banks in the area.
