HÀ NỘI — The Turkish Ministry of Economy has received a request for a second sunset review of anti-dumping measures applicable to Việt Nam’s V-shaped conveyor belts (V-belts).
This was said by the Việt Nam Trade Office in Turkey.
The current duty on V-belts imported from Việt Nam is set at US$4.55 per kg.
According to the Trade Office, an investigation was initiated in 2006 and anti-dumping measures were applied in 2007.
Turkey conducted the first sunset review in 2012 and set the duty at $4.55 per kg.
Upon receiving the petition, the Turkish authorities will consider evidence showing whether removing the duties will stop the dumping and prevent losses to domestic production or not. — VNS
