RECRUITMENT OF INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANTS

Package No: TV18-1: International consultant providing services for Project final evaluation report

The Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received a grant by World Bank from the fund of Australia government and the Department for International Development (DFID) to finance the cost of the project “Vietnam Climate Innovation Center” (VCIC) and intends to apply a portion of this loan to eligible payment for services of the individual consultant: Internaltional consultant providing services for Project final evaluation report.

The objectives of assignments, scope of works and the requirements for qualification of consultants are described in detail in Terms of Reference -TOR.

The consultants will be selected in accordance with the World Bank’s procedures (Individual Consultant Selection method – ICS) set forth in the "Guidelines on Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants by World Bank Borrowers", dated January 2011, which can be found at: www.worldbank.org/procurement
