At the launch ceremony on July 25, The Origami zone warmed up the property market with the first five towers of The Origami Sun (including three clusters, S7, S8, S9), which received overwhelming positive feedback from the market immediately – in just three days, all 2,400 apartments launched were ordered by customers.

Last year, the 10,000 apartments in The Rainbow subdivision at the Vinhomes Grand Park mega project sold out in just 17 days , and most recently the launch of 550 villas, shophouses, and boutique villas of The Manhattan section were all sold within eight days, exceeding the expectations of the market.

“I attended the online event on July 31st. Right at the beginning at 8am, I saw thousands of visitors,” said Do Thien Hieu – a buyer living in District 8 who successfully registered to buy an apartment at The Origami in the first launch.
