Mcdonald’s Việt Nam Hailed Top 10 Most Trustworthy Companies In The Services Industry In 2021.

The event is held annually by Vietnam Economic Times. This year's theme is: "Weathering a storm: Innovate to Adapt”.
 
The 4th time winner scored its way to a title of trustworthy companies in the service sector.
 
On December 18, 2021, the prestigious ceremony for the top 10 in the Service Industry that customers voted for in 2021, took place in Ha Noi. The annual “Trustworthy Vietnam” Program is to find products and services that have been the consumers' top choices, which is coordinated by a specialized site subordinate to the Vietnam Economic Times - VnEconomy.
 
This time, the event revolves around “Weathering a storm: Innovate to Adapt" in the glory of businesses that have created and contributed their best to customers while overcoming numerous difficulties caused by COVID-19. Rising above thousands of nominations during a 10-month survey, McDonald’s Vietnam made it into the Top 10 most trustworthy companies in the Services Industry in 2021. This is the 4th successive year for McDonald’s Vietnam to obtain that title.
 
To be voted among the top 10 in this prestigious list, companies must meet the criteria for creative, innovative services and products that can capture opportunities in challenging times, provide their customers with the best experience and successfully win their hearts. Moreover, brands and businesses have promptly restructured, quickly reshaped their strategy or found new ways to adapt to a post-pandemic time, to win business in the new normal.
 
After years joining the Vietnamese market, McDonald’s left a lasting impression on Vietnamese cuisine. From focusing on building customer trust through locally relevant menus, high product quality to in-store experience with modern 4.0 technology services, McDonald's has really come off as remarkable icon to Vietnamese customers, especially the youth. McDonald's has become a brand familiar with Vietnamese consumers thanks to unique localized dishes such as “crispy” fried chicken, Pho Burger, Nuiz and Congee.

McDonald's becomes the favorite destination

In the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, the world has suffered from major obstacles. In Viet Nam, the 4th wave of COVID-19 is no different from “the mother of all storms", resulting in so many untold hardships in people's daily lives as well as the productive and commercial operations that only businesses with rich internal resources can stand amid chaos. Embracing the tough situation, McDonald's has always been flexible to adjusting, creating novel purchaser-driven services and standing firm in the middle of serious storms.
 
Especially during the spread of the outbreak, in HCM City, besides joining with local authorities to support front-line forces and paramedics with particular actions, McDonald’s Vietnam led the industry with by many meaningful programs such as the implementation of top standard food safety and hygiene measures, pandemic prevention measures for employees and customers ensuring a safe environment for customers.
 
Continue its expansion, opening new stores
 
In December, McDonald's will continue to affirm their brand power by opening a new store at AEON Binh Tan (Address: Ground-floor, Gate G1 - AEON MALL Binh Tan - 1st, Street 17A, Binh Tri Dong B, Binh Tan District, HCM City) and another store in the same month at LOTTE Mart Go Vap (Address: Ground-floor, Main Gate - 242 Nguyen Van Luong, Ward 10, Go Vap District, HCM City).

McDonald's opens many new stores in December 2021

To celebrate these Grand Openings, McDonald's has launched many promotional programs like: buy 1 get 1 free BIGMAC, its world-famous iconic burger with 2 layers of famous beef and cheese, buy 1 get 1 free crispy fried chicken (which won the Trust & Use Award voted by the Economic Times 3 years in a row). Free local signature Vietnamese iced milk coffee of McCafe is offered when customers check-in at the store and lots of gifts including double the “Happy Meal” toys for kids.
 
A McDonald's representative also said that in early 2022, McDonald's will expand to the Central region, and the first Central region store will be in Nha Trang.
 

McDonald's Prosperity Combo 2022

Celebrating the new year of 2022, McDonald's brings back special Tet dishes "Prosperity Burger" combo. It includes a “prosperity burger” made from beef, eggs, cheese, teriyaki sauce, fragrant sesame bread crust served with “lucky potatoes” and McFizz Strawberry Soda. The meal will launch with 2 sizes: small and medium, all made from 100% imported Australian beef, definitely bringing the ‘prosperity’ taste to customers' new normal life.
