 Located in Bình Dương New City, Sycamore has a total area of 18.9 hectares and is expected to comprise over 3,700 freehold residential units across a mix of low-, mid- and high-rise residential developments, providing homes for about 13,000 residents.  With an investment of VNĐ18.33 billion, Sycamore has focused on wellness and sustainability, and is slated to introduce Bình Dương New City’s first electric vehicle (EV)-ready development as well as the city’s first gated community with a clubhouse. To be launched in the second quarter of 2023, Sycamore offers a premium, resort-style residential development for residents seeking a well-designed and secure home in the fast-developing Bình Dương New City.  Residents can choose from seven residential enclaves within the large-scale development to suit their needs. Two are set to offer spacious terraced houses, semi-detached houses and villas with private clubhouses and gardens.  Residents who prefer high-rise residential properties will find themselves at home at the 24-storey towers in four of the enclaves and each will come with food & beverage and retail options such as convenience stores, café, restaurants and spas.  The last enclave will feature a 10-storey apartment. Each enclave will also have its own private entrance.  The first phase of Sycamore is slated to be completed in 2024, while the rest of the project is scheduled for completion in 2027. Throughout the large-scale development, Sycamore features highly functional designs and environment-friendly features that will serve the needs of communities.  CLD has also received the ‘Special Recognition for CSR’ award for the third year.
