HCMC approves five new housing projects

HCM City authorities have given approval to five new housing projects worth a total of VNĐ4.6 trillion (US$206 million).

Viet Nam News -HCM CITY – HCM City authorities have given approval to five new housing projects worth a total of VNĐ4.6 trillion (US$206 million).

The Tây Development Company is the investor in a residential project worth VNĐ355 billion on Nhà Bè District’s Nguyễn Hữu Thọ Street. It is expected to be completed in two years.

Another project, which is social housing on Phạm Văn Hới Street in District 12, is valued at VNĐ1.1 trillion. The investor, Thuận Kiều Service Corp, received approval from the city to carry out the project over a 42-month period.

The Nova Sagel Company also received approval to build a housing and commercial complex project on Phú Nhuận District’s Phổ Quang Street. The project is expected to be completed in three years, with total investment of VNĐ1.77 trillion.

In addition, the Nova Festival Corporation will be in charge of an office and apartment complex project on Hoàng Minh Giám Street in Phú Nhuận District. The project, which costs VNĐ869 billion, is slated for completion in three years.

And a low-rise housing project in District 9, worth VNĐ531 billion, will be carried out by Khang Việt Company over three years. — VNS
