Deputy Prime Minister Trịnh Đình Dũng has asked the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the National Oil and Gas Group, and the US’s ExxonMobil to speed up negotiations on the development and exploitation of the Cá Voi Xanh (Blue Whale) gas field.
