Nicola Veronese from the JW Marriott Hanoi introduces a brand new recipe for the festive season. The harmony of sour lime juice, sweet raspberry jam and a delicate touch of spiced sugar will warm up your winter nights.
Ingredients: serves 1
40ml Vodka
20ml spiced sugar
15ml lime juice
1 tsp raspberry jam
1 tsp egg white
1 tsp powdered sugar
Method:
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well.
- Pour contents into a cocktail glass.
- Spray the powdered sugar on top.
- Garnish with raspberries and serve.
