HÀ NỘI — The Vietnamese Embassy in Russia encouraged members of its staff to enjoy the 2018 World Cup at a ceremony held a day before the start of the event.

At the ceremony held June 13, Vietnamese Ambassador to Russia Ngô Đức Mạnh wished embassy staff an enjoyable World Cup, and asked them to pay attention to Vietnamese citizens visiting Russia to watch the matches.
