Việt Nam expresses regrets over US human rights report

(VNS) Nguyễn Thị Thật won the first stage of the sixth Bình Dương International Women’s Cycling Tournament - Biwase Cup 2016 yesterday.
An Giang’s Thật took the lead in the 66km stage around Bình Dương City in the southern province of Bình Dương. Thật also won the yellow jersey for the best overall time.
Thailand’s Supuksorn Nuntana won the green jersey as the best sprinter.
The event drew eight local teams and six international ones from Thailand, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Japan, Indonesia and the Philippines.
The cyclists will join the nine-stage race that stretches nearly 900km across provinces such as Đồng Nai, Lâm Đồng, Khánh Hòa, Ninh Thuận and Bình Thuận. -- VNS
