Rescue Mission

Relevant authorities yesterday successfully rescue a beached whale in Diễn Thịnh Commune’s beach, Diễn Châu District, Central Nghệ An Province. The 14-16 metre length and 15-tonnes whale was found beached early in the morning on the same day. MoET requests a reduction in teacher training
