HÀ NỘI — The Ministry of Health in collaboration with Military Telecommunication Group Viettel launched its Medical Public Portal in Hà Nội on Friday.

It aims to show public and transparent information related to health services in five main areas, including Pharmacy and Cosmetics; Medical equipment; Food safety; Health examinations and treatment and Public administration. The information will be updated from portals and websites of affiliated departments and agencies under the management of the Ministry of Health.

“Through the portal, people will know better and be able to monitor the services provided by the health sector,” stressed Minister Long.

"I’ve asked leaders of units, civil servants and officials in the whole health sector to make more efforts and coordinate more closely to continue to publicise information in their fields under their charge on the portal," added Long.
At the event, Viettel Group's Deputy General Director Hoàng Sơn said that Viettel will continue to support the Ministry of Health, improve the portal’s features and continuously apply new technology such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and virtual assistants (chatbot).
