A Việt Nam-Laos revolutionary historical relic site was inaugurated in the north-western province of Sơn La on Thursday in the presence of Chairwoman of the Vietnamese National Assembly Nguyễn Thị Kim Ngân and her Lao counterpart Pany Yathotou.
