NA Chairwoman hopes diplomats will bring opportunities to localities

National Assembly (NA) Chairwoman Nguyễn Thị Kim Ngân has urged ambassadors and heads of representative Vietnamese agencies abroad to seek and bring more development opportunities to Vietnamese localities, especially those suffering in disadvantaged areas, in order to narrow the development gap.
