Chairwoman of the Việt Nam National Assembly Nguyễn Thị Kim Ngân will pay an official visit to the Republic of Kazakhstan from Monday to Wednesday to enhance bilateral co-operation and promote legislative ties.

Việt Nam has adopted preferential policies to create conditions for ethnic minority groups to develop equally, helping to gradually bridge the development gaps with the rest of the population, said National Assembly (NA) Chairwoman Nguyễn Thị Kim Ngân yesterday.
