HCM CITY —  Việt Nam will host the Manhunt International 2018 event later this year, according to the organiser, the newly established Leading Entertainment Agency of HCM City. 

Manhunt International 2017 winner Ngọc Tình, owner of Leading, said: "We will work with local and foreign partners to launch Manhunt International 2018 successfully in Việt Nam.”

Tình has worked with Miss Earth 2015 Angelia Garbrena Ong of the Philippines, Mister International 2018 Seung Hwan-lee of Korea and Mister Global 2017 Pedro Henrique of Brazil on running the contest. 

The three winners plan to offer training to Vietnamese contestants for international contests.

According to Tình, Leading holds copyright of training and sending Vietnamese contestants to Manhunt International, Mister International, Mister Global and Miss Earth.

In April, Leading sent super fashion model Trần Minh Trung of HCM City to compete in Mister International 2018 in Yangon, Myanmar.  

The 10-day event attracted 50 contestants from various countries and territories.

Trung was listed in the top five at the contest.

“Leading aims to work professionally in training young talents in modelling, music, dance, and movies, and organising beauty contests for men and women,” said Tình, CEO of Leading. 

“I hope local and foreign garment companies, advertising and fashion model agencies will invest more in the country’s fast-growing industry,” he added. — VNS
