HÀ NỘI — The fourth journalism photography contest, titled Khoảnh Khắc Vàng (Golden Moment), was launched yesterday at the headquarters of the Vietnam News Agency.

Sponsored by VietinBank, the award provides adequate space to both professionals and amateurs, and news photographers.
“We hope photographers from across the country will participate in the contest, and it will influence society,” photographer Vũ Quốc Khánh, one of the members of the judging panel, said.
