HCM CITY  Vietjet has launched a big promotion with two million super-saving tickets from just zero đồng during three golden days from Monday to Wednesday on the occasion of Vietnamese Teachers' Day. 

These tickets (excluding taxes and fees) have a flight time from November 25, 2020 to May 31, 2021 (excluding national holidays and Tết), Vietjet said in a statement. 

Together with the Ministry of Education and Training and the National Education Union of Việt Nam honouring the outstanding teachers of 2020, Vietjet has also presented 183 excellent teachers who have had great achievements in working, teaching and scientific research in 2020, with round-trip tickets to fly across Việt Nam.

"They are gifts to express Vietjet’s respect and sincere gratitude to the teachers on the special day of those who have been working in a noble career of 'cultivating people'," it said. 

Late last week, Vietjet signed a memorandum of understanding with the Tourism Association of HCM City and eight northwest provinces on implementing activities which would help improve coordination to promote and recover tourism, aviation, offer customers the best products and services as well as ensure pandemic prevention.

The MoU was inked during a conference on co-operation in tourism development between HCM City and eight northwest provinces including Điện Biên, Hà Giang, Hòa Bình, Lai Châu, Lào Cai, Phú Thọ, Sơn La and Yên Bái.

Vietjet said it had committed to accompanying provinces and cities to develop tourism co-ordination and promotion campaigns to stimulate demand and create recovery momentum for the tourism and aviation industry.

With 250 flights every day covering domestic destinations, Vietjet flights transport passengers to many attractive destinations across Việt Nam quickly, conveniently with a variety of options and quality services.

After the northwest region, Vietjet and the People’s Committee of HCM City will organise similar events in the northeast and the Central key economic regions from now until the end of November 2020. — VNS
