Vietnam Airlines offers preferential airfares at travel expo in HCM City

National carrier Vietnam Airlines, budget airline Jetstar Pacific and Vietnam Air Services Company (VASCO) are offering various tickets with preferential airfares at the 14th International Travel Expo (ITE) in HCM City’s District 7 from September 6 to 8.

HÀ NỘI — National carrier Vietnam Airlines, budget airline Jetstar Pacific and Vietnam Air Services Company (VASCO) are offering various tickets with preferential airfares at the 14th International Travel Expo (ITE) in HCM City’s District 7 from September 6 to 8.

Vietnam Airlines said it would offer customers airfares from VNĐ299,000 (US$13) one way for domestic trips and from VNĐ210,000 return for international flights.

Meanwhile, Jetstar Pacific is offering many cheap airfares on international and domestic routes, starting from VNĐ99,000 one way, for visitors to the expo. VASCO is offering 1,000 preferential return tickets with prices from VNĐ800,000 for Cần Thơ – Côn Đảo.

Visitors can also enjoy games and the Lucky Round at Vietnam Airlines’ booth. Participants will have the opportunity to win hundreds of attractive gifts such as air tickets at zero đồng, discount coupons and model aircraft.

Vietnam Airlines is the key carrier for this event. It has sponsored airline tickets for the ITE fair attendees from Europe, Australia, Japan, South Korea, China and Southeast Asia to find out updated information about tourism products and aviation of Việt Nam.

ITE is an annual event of Việt Nam’s tourism industry which attracts hundreds of businesses to introduce products and exchange business opportunities. This year, the event gathers about 300 stalls of airlines, hotels and resorts, travel agencies, large conglomerates in the country and tourism representatives from many countries including Brunei, Cambodia, Germany, India, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Russia, Singapore, Netherlands, Thailand and United Arab Emirates.

The programme is expected to have a special impact on regional tourism, promoting and attracting visitors to Việt Nam as well as supporting customers to buy tours at discounted prices. — VNS
