HÀ NỘI — The Mỹ Xuân Housing JSC, a member of Phục Hưng Holdings, has introduced its model apartments at the Florence building project at 28 Trần Hữu Dực Street in Hà Nội’s Từ Liêm District.
The apartments are equipped with complete hi-end interiors designed to bring home buyers an experience of Italian architecture style. In addition, the interior was chosen from the world’s famous brand names such as Panasonic/Simon electricity equipment, Paragon lights, Hafele locks and kitchen equipment, Grohe sanitary equipment and Multi Gree air-conditioners.
To maximise functionality in their design, the investor expected to bring different choices to customers.
The company completed 15 floors out of its total of 28 (including three underground floors), surpassing its progress target. The project has a total of 479 apartments.
