HÀ NỘI — Executive search firm Navigos Group Việt Nam has signed an MoU with the Institute of Labour Science and Social Affairs to provide information on the labour market.

Market insights provided by Navigos will be published in the quarterly job reports of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, which runs the institute.

Nguyễn Phương Mai, managing director of Navigos Search, a subsidiary, said the partnership marks a major step in showing how the private sector can join hands with policymakers to create a sustainable working environment for employees.

The group is one of the leading recruitment firms in Việt Nam, and owns online job search site VietnamWorks, which gets over three million visitors a month.

Last December it launched another career platform called Primus targeting senior candidates earning US$3,000 a month or more. — VNS
