HCM CITY — State-of-the-art textile and garment machinery are on show at the Vietnam International Textile and Garment Industry Exhibition (VTG 2024) that opened in HCM City on Wednesday.

VTG 2024 has brought together more than 380 exhibitors from 10 countries and territories, including Chile, China, India, Japan, Singapore, the Republic of Korea, Taiwan (China), Thailand, and Việt Nam.

This year, it is being held concurrently with the Vietnam International Textile & Apparel Accessories Exhibition (VITATEX), Vietnam International Dyeing & Chemical Industry Exhibition (DYECHEM) and Vietnam International Footwear Machinery and Material Exhibition (VFM) to achieve a comprehensive showcase of supply chains.

VITATEX has brought the latest advancements in fabrics, yarns and accessories, and a comprehensive array of textile solutions.

DYECHEM features eco-friendly dyeing solutions that could help the textile industry meet stringent EU ESG standards.

VFM displays cutting-edge solutions ranging from footwear machinery to computer pattern sewing machines, with a focus on driving Industry 4.0 transformation in footwear manufacturing.

The prestigious 4-in-1 exhibition at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre is being organised by the Việt Nam National Trade Fair and Advertising JSC (Vinexad), Yorkers Trade & Marketing Service Co Ltd, the Guangdong Sewing Equipment Chamber of Commerce, Guangdong Shoe-Making Machinery Association, and Paper Communication Exhibition Services.
